After having to reschedule her shoot due to rain on Saturday evening I had the chance to meet up with Courtney on Sunday afternoon and we had THE best time taking her Senior photos! We met up the week before to discuss what she was looking for in her pics, ideas she wanted to run by me and also to tell me that she would like her Grandpa and dog "Buster" to be in some of the pics. Of course I was tickled to once again have a Senior who wanted a varity and not just a run of the mill Senior session! Her Grandpa, "Papa", couldn't have been sweeter and it made my heart happy knowing that the two of them had this time together and I was able to capture some moments that they would be able to treasure for a lifetime. Courtney spent the day before her session making some fun props and despite the rain and clouds we were able to use them with Grandpa. Loved the shot I got of her and her dog too....those sweet closed eyes as he snuggled into her just melted my heart! Just a few teasers for now! Many more to come of this sweet girl! :) Enjoy!

Beautiful girl, beautiful evening light and a precious Golden named Lily! Doesn't get much better than that for a Senior shoot! Allison showed up with her Mom and her dog for her Senior session last night and we had THE best time! Loved visiting with her Mom in between wardrobe changes and loving on Lily was an added bonus. Allison was such a sweetheart and a joy to photograph. Enjoy this first sneak peek!

Editing a bunch of different types of sessions right now, but just had to share this one from Devin and Brian's GORGEOUS wedding that I had the pleasure of second shooting with the lovely Sarah Heinle this past weekend. Won't have time to work on anymore for a while, but HAD to edit just one! :-)

Had an amazing shoot last night with Mead High School Senior Amanda and her horse "Biggnz". :) Couldn't have asked for a more beautiful location, beautiful sunlight and beautiful subjects! Biggnz is actually the great grandson of Secretariat! How awesome is that?! Just one teaser for now but many more beautiful images to follow!

Just a few quick pics of one of my Senior Reps for 2012! Rachel met me at the Longmont Sugar Mill bright and early this morning and we had SO MUCH FUN! She was up for anything and quite the trooper when it came to walking around in the weeds, fields and train tracks! SO many gorgeous images from her session ~ these were just a few of my favorites so far!

Just a few more shots I've been working on from John and Heidi's wedding!
Loved the idea of having fans for an outdoor summer wedding! The picture of Heidi on the right is one I took for their engagement session last fall. So fun!
Just LOVED little Dom! Such a poser and what a handsome little guy!

Just a few more of the lovely Jane Johnson and that beautiful Colorado sun! LOVE! She brought along an old camera that was her Dad's and I just LOVE what it added to these photos! Last pic is a group shot of all of us taken on our first night in Vail. Such an AMAZING group of talented and inspiring women!
